Strategy & Concept

Activation engages at the very beginning of the process with a white board and ideas to formulate the right mobile strategy at the outset. Critical elements of this process are identifying the target market, defining key metrics of success, outlining how mobile will deliver a return on investment and compliment existing operations. Activation will assist in testing and validating assumptions, assessing the market need, evaluating the competitive landscape and validating key assumptions through confirmatory market research. Once a general direction is identified, Activation will codify the strategy in wireframes and a features document. The features document is a written description of how the App is going to work. It is what Activation’s designers and developers use as a guideline for coding. It is the foundation of all steps to come in the development phase.
